These were for a Texture ATC swap I participated in. The ocean floor background was done using the heated pearls technique. I made the coral by using "liquid" snow by DecoArt. I painted it with a combination of Making Memories acrylic paint and SU Cameo Coral reinker.
I used micro beads, crafters sand and tiny sea shells to embellish and add more texture. The fish was cut using a Quickutz die.
